Shengnuo Group is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D of Solid-liquid Separation and Material Processing techniques. We are focusing on providing professional technology and products to global mining, beneficiation, smelting and refining enterprises. After many years development, Shengnuo Group is comprised of Beijing Shengnuo Industrial Mining Technology Co., Ltd. And Liaoning Shengnuo Mine & Metallurgy Technology Ltd. (Previously Anshan Special Wear-resisting Equipment Plant was founded in 1993), which is an ISO9001:2000 certified manufacturer in 2005.
Our major product-Vacuum Ceramic Disc Filter (VCDF) is advanced solid-liquid separation equipment used to dewater mineral slurry. VCDFs are widely used in the beneficiation of such ore concentrates as Iron ores, Gold, Copper, Copper Sulfide, Nickel, Zinc, Lead, Molybdenum, Phosphorus, Sulfur, Quartz Sand, and Fluorite.
Another product we could produce is magnetic liner that is directly attached onto the inner wall of ball mill with no bolts. It is widely used for all kinds of minerals with strong, medium and weak magnetism Industrial in ball mill.
The plant covers 100,000 m2 and has capital assets over RMB 20 million. In 2007, the total turnover was nearly RMB 100 million yuan. Our products are enjoying popularity in China and have been sold abroad such as India, Africa, North Korea and Tajikistan and so on. As one of the leading players and researchers in solid-liquid separation technology, we are the exclusive holder of proprietary intellectual property rights of our main products, such as ceramic filters, ceramic press filters and magnetic lining plate. The ceramic filters have already gained 19 patents.
